Welcome to
the Lark Distillery website. We trust it
gives you a good understanding of our
distillery, and our handcrafted spirits
and liqueurs. We have dedicated the last
decade of our lives to producing a high
quality single malt whisky, which
Tasmanians could call their own, and to
be enjoyed by whisky enthusiasts the
world over. |
The creation of single malt whiskies is a
wonderful combination of science, art and
passion. Ever since the first whisky was
produced in Scotland, each has had its own
unique and distinct character. Perhaps it is
this variety that makes the romance and mystique
of the single malt so appealing to so many
people.

about our distillery, we would also like

barrel offer to enable the purchaser to
